Welcome to 677 Somerset Terrace NE #D5, a charming two-bedroom, one-bath condo tucked into one of Atlanta's most beloved historic garden-style communities. Freshly painted and move-in ready, this home delivers the updates that matter: a refreshed bathroom, dedicated on-site storage, and two of the most coveted features in the entire community. The first is a DEEDED PARKING SPACE, a genuine unicorn at Somerset. The second is a private patio that's larger than it first appears, extending beyond the curtained seating area and continuing beneath the bedroom windows for a rare double-width outdoor space. Somerset’s magic is more than just pretty courtyards and classic charm. The community is known for its beautifully maintained grounds, dog run, shared grill, fire pit, and the kind of neighborly energy people swear still exists but rarely actually find. Casual courtyard gatherings, package-grabbing, plant-watering, cup-of-sugar-lending neighbors: very real here, delightfully not creepy. And then there’s Furman, the on-site property manager and unofficial Somerset legend. Friendly, helpful, deeply knowledgeable, and seemingly capable of solving just about anything, Furman has been part of the community for more than 20 years and is a huge part of what makes life here feel easy. The location is the headline act. BeltLine access is just minutes away, with Piedmont Park about a mile in one direction and Krog Street Market about a mile in the other. Walk to Kroger, Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe’s, The Local, Ponce City Market, La Fonda, Fellini’s, Rreal Tacos, Two Urban Licks, The Clermont rooftop, 3 Taverns, New Realm, Plaza Theatre, Midtown Arts Cinema, and more. Old Fourth Ward, Virginia-Highland, Inman Park, Midtown, and Poncey-Highland are all right at your doorstep. A sweet condo, a rare parking spot, an unbeatable location, and a community that actually feels like one. Somerset is special, and #D5 is ready for its next chapter.
